Let me start by saying WOW! I absolutely loved this book! I was unable to put it down. I was drawn in from page one and loved every minute of it! I love Arizona, she is such a strong almost well rounded character, who knows what she wants, and is stubborn as hell. And let's not forget her hot as hell boyfriends/soulmates/husbands. We are quickly thrown into a supernatural world that Arizona didn't even know existed so we get to learn what is happening along with her. There is a lot of humor, tons of plumbing jokes/ puns, and lots of steamy scenes.
I love the world these two authors have created and how seamlessly they can write together! If you are looking for a funny, witty, dirty, sexy, loads of drama, are good with twist, turns, and surprises and are alright with cliff hangers that are leaving you begging for more! Then this is the book for you!

This book was fast paced and to the point! Sometimes starting new series can be tedious because of all the new things there are to learn, Arizona however just threw us right into Danny’s story and I loved it. You are immediately brought to a scene of Danny and Chesca, and start learning some of their back story along with what is happening with Danny and her guys. This book was fast paced, filled with action, drama, some new people, and maybe new romances. I really enjoyed getting a glimpse into Danny’s life along with her guys. I am truly excited to learn more about Danny and her back story and see where else this story leads. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick read that is fast paced to the point, and leaves you wanting more! **Danny's Dance is the first novella in the Triple Threat Series. It's a spin-off from Arizona Tape's bestselling serial My Winter Wolf, but can be read entirely on its own.**
I received an ARC for this book and voluntarily read and reviewed it. First responders have never been so hot as they are in Station Seventeen. This book was well written and had elements that were both suspenseful and steaming hot. Luke and Quinn are amazing together, both as co-workers and beyond. They compliment each other well and it’s nice to see the dynamic they share, even when they themselves don’t realize it’s there at first. This book was a ride from front to back and I couldn’t put it down until I reached the end. I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat at parts, biting my nails and waiting to see what would happen next. What I got was definitely not what I expected when I started the book, in all of the right ways. Kimberly Kincaid delivers with In Too Deep and I can’t wait to see what else Station Seventeen has in store for us!
I received an ARC for this book and voluntarily read and reviewed it. Let me first start off by saying, I did not read the series that this book was a spinoff of before I picked up Guarding Eden. But let me tell you now, I will be. You do not need to read the original series before picking up Guarding Eden. The book makes total and complete sense on its own. With that being said, Guarding Eden was a fast paced, hanging on the edge of your seat kind of book. Eden and Alex’s world is easy to be sucked into and I know I never wanted to leave! There’s something about the dynamic between the two main characters that just has you falling for them more and more with every moment they share. I loved watching them go from strangers, to friends and beyond. I don’t want to say too much, because I don’t want to give all of the juicy goodness away. This one is definitely one to check out. I couldn’t put the book down and I can’t wait to see what else Cameo Renee has to offer!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! This book quickly brings you into Becca’s world, who we think is a typical teenanger, who doesnt care about school, gets moved around alot, and has parents who are getting separated. Becca is taken from her current school and moving to her grandmothers house with her mother. There Becca learns she isn't just a simple teenager. This book follows through Becca’s struggles of learning who she is along, with learning what she can do and where she fits in. This book also gives us a glimpse into the mind of Ben the cute boy ( becca’s age) who has some secrets of his own. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick read that is light at times, heavy at others, fast paced, packed with actions, and plenty of secrets, leaving you wondering what will happen next! ** This book is part of Other Worlds: A Limited Edition Collection of Science Fiction Romance and Paranormal Romance** I received an Advanced Copy of this book in exchange for an honest review:
I loved everything about this book from the first page to the last page. This book was fast paced, grabbed you from page one and wouldn’t let you put it down. I absolutely love the main character Sephy. She was a strong independent character, she knew what she wanted when she wanted it, didn’t take crap from anyone, and had no problem speaking her mind. This book takes place in the mortal world and the underworld. We are quickly thrust into Sephy’s life, and taken on her journey. She is forced to sign a contract allowing her to take over her father’s business, once she sings these papers however everything changes. After this you get to go on the crazy ride with Sephy. Some family secrets are unearthed, at the same time she learns she has some form of magical power that Haedes ( god of the underworld) himself is the only one who can teach her to control, becoming one of the reasons she travels to the underworld along with the fact she is being hunted by demons! I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a book with action, adventure, secrets, magic, and maybe some romance! This book will leave you on the edge of your seat begging for more! I was a little skeptical when I first started reading this book, it took a little while for it to start picking up, there was so much detail that the author had to get across. I can honestly say that once this book started picking up I was unable to put it down. This book turned into a fast paced page turner leaving you on the edge of your seat in the end! I love the concept of this book, it is different from anything else I have previously read. I am grateful I was given the opportunity to read this book and would recommend it to anyone looking for a paranormal young adult book with a twist thrown in. I for one can’t wait for the next installment and hope it comes out sooner rather than later!!
I received an ARC for this book and voluntarily read and reviewed it. What a love story. Declan and Holly are the perfect couple. At least, they were, until a misunderstanding tore them apart. What I love about this story is that it’s so normal. It’s so plausible, it’s so… human. D. Kelly has a habit of grabbing emotions and pulling on the strings as far as they will go, but it’s worth every tug, every word and every page. Watching all of the characters interact in this story, it’s something that could be happening to you, to your best friend, your next door neighbor. The story is so relatable, everyone has their flaws, their failures and their triumphs. There’s no bad guy or good guy, there’s just life and the crazy things that could happen or have happened to all of us. All of the emotions we feel, this story touches them all in a way that is seamless and captivating. D. Kelly has truly created a work of art with The Evolution of Us and is quickly cementing herself as one of my favorite authors. I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review:
This book brings us into the world of Mia and her struggle with wanting to find her true mate. Thinking she has found him she gives him a love potion to try and move things along. Little does she know she is about to run into her real true mate at her sisters upcoming wedding! This book is filled with so many twists and turns, some steamy scenes, and some “oh my that really happened” kind of moments! I for one cannot wait for the next installment and can’t wait to see what happens in the books to come! I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick, grabs you and doesn’t let you go until your done kind of book! This book is a loose play on the classic Beauty and The Beast. You are brought into the world of Isabelle aka Belle or Izzy. This book has a father that is a little nutty, a daughter who wants to help protect her father from what she believes is a beast(s), a bad guy with the last name Gastone, with many paranormal aspects thrown in there, along with multiple hot guys, with a steamy scene ( or two). I really enjoyed this book, I love the creativity of the author and how she loosely played off of Beauty and the Beast but you still know what she is doing! This book was fast paced, had so many twists and turns, and was just an all-around great read! I am interested to see what the other books in the series will bring and can’t wait to see whose world we will be thrown into next. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a different twist on a classic fairy tale in the Reverse Harem genre. This book is a standalone it is part of a series but it isn’t left in a cliff hanger. Below are a copy of disclaimers from the author: “The Poison Court Saga is a collection of standalone fairy tale retellings with a paranormal reverse harem twist and a HEA. The novels are set in the Wicked Witch universe, so although each Poison Courts novel is a standalone story you might get to catch up with your favorite (or most hated) characters in the Wicked Witch series!”
“These stories are intended for a NA (new adult) and adult audience and are not YA or super-clean reads. The heroines are not shrinking violets or delicate flowers. There will be a touch of steam, a smattering of salty language, a heap of fast-paced action, and more hot males than the fairy godmother could handle.” |
