I received an ARC for this book and voluntarily read and reviewed it. This was a good love story. I enjoyed reading about Abby and Jackson. Each character came into the story heartbroken in some way and together, they healed one another. It was a painful process in some ways, but it was needed and made each person better for it. Erfert’s style of writing is descriptive enough to allow the reader to fall into the story and imagine themselves in the snowy mountains of Wyoming, but the descriptive nature does not bog down the story. There was a couple twists that took me by surprise, but in a good way, they made the story more interesting and it was hard to put down. I’ll be honest, Abby annoyed me a little bit at first, simply because it’s pretty rude to snoop around the person’s house who saved your life. And how many times do you really need your life saved in one book? My only other gripe was that there was no mention of Abby’s life before, except for one instance. What about her job, her house / apartment, etc? But Snowdrift was overall a great story. I would recommend it to readers who love romance and I look forward to reading more of Erfert’s work.

A story about love, faith and forgiveness.
