I received an ARC for this book and voluntarily read and reviewed it. Kimberly Loth continues to tug at heart strings in the finale of her Stella and Sol Series. She continues to surprise us with the twists and turns around every corner. I found myself going into this one a bit heartbroken from the ending of the last, but found myself turning around as things progressed. For being so young, Zwaantie has handled a huge amount and most of it within a year span. She has matured over the course of the books and it really shows in this final installment. She’s not the only one though, Leo has matured too. Though we didn’t see it the same way we saw Zwaantie’s, it was still there. Queen of the Dawn proves that life doesn’t always go how we plan it. Things are thrown at us from every angle and it’s up to us to sit back and take it or stand up and change it. The only thing I found myself missing / wishing for was some type of epilogue. I wanted to know if things remained the same, if things changed. But overall, Queen of the Dawn was a fantastic wrap up to an amazing series.
"...Once Ari decided he had to have her, every action he had was for her, and when she was in the room, he saw no one else."
